Exchange and return can be made within 5 days after the product receiving.
The exchange and return item(s) must be in original, brand-new condition and original packaging.

The courier charges incurred when exchange and return a product are free of charge.

You have two options: you can choose to have us arrange the courier service for you, or you can arrange the courier service yourself (with a maximum reimbursement of 5 SGD). If you opt to arrange the courier service yourself, we will reimburse the courier fees to you through PayNow or PayLah. 

Due to the incurred shipping costs, when processing a refund for returned items, we will only refund the product price. The refunded amount will be returned through the original payment method you used. For example, if you made the payment with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card.

When exchange the size or color of the product, you won't incur any additional charges. However, if you wish to change to a different style, you may be required to pay the price difference. If the new style you choose is less expensive than your original selection, we will refund the price difference to you via PayNow or PayLah.
